"Slow replies and not much help"
I ordered from misterart.com and had a question about my shipment, so I emailed customer service thinking it would be a simple thing. It took a few days to get any kind of reply, which already made me start wondering if anyone was actually looking into it.

When they finally got back to me, the response was really short and didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt a little like a copy-paste reply, so I had to follow up again because I still didn’t know what was going on.

The order did eventually show up, so at least there’s that, but the whole support experience left me kind of uneasy. I wouldn’t say it was a disaster, but I’d be a little hesitant to order again if I thought I might need help with anything.

"Didn’t find much of what I needed"
I was hoping to grab a few things, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. Most of what I needed was either unavailable or just not there at all. Disappointing overall.

"Even with discounts, it still feels pricey"
I thought the discounts would make a difference. Like, enough to actually feel like a deal. But after checking the final price... not really. It’s still more than I wanted to spend. Kind of disappointing.

I ordered from misterart.com thinking I’d have my supplies in time, but the shipping was seriously slow. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more annoying because I had no idea what was going on. By the time the package finally showed up, I already needed the stuff days earlier. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I don’t like waiting around with no updates. It didn’t feel reliable, and I probably won’t risk ordering from them again.

"Wrong stuff showed up, and it was a total mess"
I ordered from misterart.com and they sent me the wrong item, plus the package showed up all bent and beat to hell. I reached out to support last week and I’m still sitting here waiting on a refund or replacement. it’s damn annoying, and I wouldn’t order from them again unless they get their act together.
